As the new soccer season approaches it is time to select new Soccer Booster Club officers. Following our bylaws we are seeking nominations for the following officers. If you are willing or know someone who may be willing to accept one of these roles, please email the name and position to firstname.lastname@example.org by August 1, 2014. After we have nominees for each position the entire club membership will have the option to approve those choices.
Preside at regular and special meetings of the organization, facilitate the formation of committees and seek nominees for committee chairpersons, and shall be an ex-officio member of all committees, except the Nominating Committee.
Executive Vice President
Assume all the duties for the president in his/her absence. Also helps President run club.
Coordinate general concessions and tournaments (Governors Cup, State Cup), including: food stocking, pricing, workforce scheduling and working with the board to deposit proceeds.
Identify and implement communication plan, including: coordinating communications between the board, coaching staff and membership.
Receive and account for all funds due the organization, assure timely deposit of funds received in a financial institution authorized by the organization, remit organization funds for all proper obligations, prepare and submit the financial records of the organization to the person(s) selected by the Program Director to perform an annual audit.
Keep the records and minutes of all meetings, attend to the correspondence, and perform other duties as required.
